How many courses can I create with OptimizeMentor?
You can create unlimited courses with OptimizeMentor per WordPress website licensed. Your only limit would be those of your hosting/web server. We don't place any limits on your usage once you have OptimizeMentor installed.
Is support included with my purchase?
Yes of course! Your OptimizePress Suite plan includes our award winning email support from our global team.
Can I create a funnel to sell my online course?
Absolutely! Your purchase of OptimizePress Suite includes OptimizeFunnels, our powerful WordPress funnel builder. You can visually build funnels including checkouts, upsells, downsells and order bumps.
Can I use OptimizeMentor for client websites?
Our Agency plans include licenses for use with clients. Choose an Agency plan and you can use all of the OptimizePress Suite tools for clients.
How do I take payment for my online course?
OptimizeMentor seamlessly integrates with our payments plugin for WordPress, OptimizeCheckouts. This allows you to create conversion optimized checkouts and payment flows on your WordPress site. OptimizeCheckouts is included with all Suite plans.
You can integrate with Stripe or Paypal with OptimizeCheckouts and take payment directly on your website. We do not charge any additional transaction fees (you only pay Stripe/Paypal standard transaction fees).
You are also free to use external third party services such as ThriveCart, SamCart or other platforms. We have detailed integrations with many external services and our team can help you connect these.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
All OptimizePress Suite plans include 1 year of access to our complete tools suite. This includes OptimizeMentor, OptimizeFunnels, OptimizeCheckouts, OptimizeBuilder and our templates library - plus our pro marketing training.
If you cancel your subscription, you will have limited access to edit and update your websites after your subscription ends. You'll also lose access to our training, and any cloud based features, as well as product updates & support.
Is OptimizeMentor / OptimizePress a recurring payment?
Yes - all OptimizePress products are sold on a recurring basis. Our Suite plans and Agency plans include 1 year of product access including updates and support. After 1 year, your plan will renew at the price you can see in your members dashboard.
You may cancel at any time during the year to stop the renewal charge - bear in mind you will lose access to product features after 1 year if you cancel.
Can I use a different page builder with OptimizeMentor?
OptimizeMentor is designed to work with the OptimizeBuilder for editing your pages. This includes our specific page builder elements that make it super fast and easy to create beautiful online course pages and hubs.
OptimizeMentor is capable of protecting pages and posts in WordPress just like any other WordPress membership plugin - just bear in mind to get the full benefit of our easy online course builder, you must use OptimizeBuilder.
Do you host my videos for my online course?
As you are building on your own website, we do not provide hosting for videos uploaded to your site. You can host your videos on your own site - but we recommend using a professional video host for fast delivery of your videos.
We recommend and use Vimeo Pro and they provide an affordable annual Pro plan for hosting all your videos. You can use embed codes from Vimeo Pro, Wistia and YouTube inside OptimizeBuilder to add videos to your course pages.
Can I use ThriveCart to sell my OptimizeMentor course?
Yes! We include a direct integration with ThriveCart, so you can easily add buyers from your ThriveCart checkout forms to memberships within OptimizeMentor.
This means you can give access to any of your courses, setup specific content drip schedules and more, all with buyers from ThriveCart.
